In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:
2.1 By registering an Account, depositing funds, or placing any wager on the 96win platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, the Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules published on the 96win platform, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

In the event of conflict between specific promotion terms and these general Terms, the more specific terms shall prevail for the matters they address.
2.3 If you are accessing 96win on behalf of any third party, organization, or entity, you represent and warrant that you have authority to bind that party to these Terms. In the context of personal gaming accounts, each Account must represent a single natural person acting in their own capacity only.
2.4 You agree that 96win may amend these Terms at any time in accordance with Section 17 (Amendments). Your continued use of the platform following notification of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use 96win. This requirement is non-negotiable and is mandated by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). 96win strictly enforces this requirement through identity verification procedures.
3.1 To be eligible to register and maintain an Account with 96win, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis:
3.2 96win reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Accepted Philippine government-issued identification documents include: valid Philippine Passport, SSS Unified Multi-Purpose ID (UMID), Land Transportation Office (LTO) Driver's License, Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) ID, and Philippine National ID (PhilSys).
3.3 If 96win determines at any point that an Account was registered by or is being used by an individual under 21 years of age, 96win will immediately suspend the Account, forfeit all balances (both real-money and bonus), and report the incident to relevant authorities in accordance with applicable Philippine law.
3.4 Players from jurisdictions where online gambling is illegal are strictly prohibited from registering or playing. It is the sole responsibility of the Player to ensure that their use of 96win is lawful in their jurisdiction.
4.1 Each Player may maintain only one (1) Account with 96win. The operation of multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, different identities, shared device, shared payment method, or shared IP address — is strictly prohibited. 96win employs automated detection systems to identify duplicate accounts.
4.2 During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your legal full name as it appears on your government-issued ID, date of birth, valid Philippine mobile number, and a secure password. You agree to update this information promptly if any changes occur.
4.3 Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and potential reporting to law enforcement or regulatory authorities.
KYC Verification Process
4.4 All Players are required to complete KYC verification before their first withdrawal is processed. KYC verification requires submission of: (a) a clear photographic copy of a valid Philippine government-issued ID; (b) a selfie photograph holding the same ID; and (c) where requested, proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits. 96win may request additional documentation at its sole discretion for enhanced due diligence purposes.
4.5 96win will process KYC submissions within three (3) to five (5) business days. Players will be notified by in-platform message of the outcome. Incomplete, unreadable, or fraudulent documentation will result in verification failure and may trigger a compliance investigation.
4.6 Accounts that have not completed KYC verification within thirty (30) days of registration may be restricted from making additional deposits or withdrawals at 96win's sole discretion, pending completion of the verification process.
5.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 96win login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passcodes (OTP) delivered to your registered mobile number. You must not share your credentials with any other person under any circumstances.
5.2 You agree to notify 96win immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your Account. 96win will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials.
5.3 96win will never request your password via any communication channel, including live chat, email, or telephone. Any communication purporting to be from 96win that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to 96win support immediately.
5.4 You are responsible for all activity conducted through your Account, whether authorized by you or not, unless you have notified 96win of unauthorized access in accordance with clause 5.2 and 96win has had reasonable opportunity to act on such notification.
5.5 96win strongly recommends that all Players enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) for their Account. 2FA requires entry of an SMS OTP in addition to the password on every login, significantly reducing the risk of unauthorized account access.
6.1 96win accepts deposits in Philippine Peso (PHP/₱) via the following payment channels: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI), Banco de Oro (BDO), and Metrobank. Additional payment methods may be made available from time to time at 96win's discretion and will be published on the platform.
6.2 The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion. 96win does not impose a maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though individual payment provider limits apply. VIP account holders may negotiate individual deposit arrangements with their account manager.
6.3 All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including accounts belonging to family members, friends, or any other person — are strictly prohibited. 96win reserves the right to return funds received from unverified or third-party payment sources.
6.4 96win does not charge processing fees on standard deposits. However, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees, which are your responsibility. 96win is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
6.5 Deposits are generally credited to your 96win wallet within seconds for GCash and PayMaya, and within five (5) to thirty (30) minutes for bank transfers. If a deposit does not credit within the expected timeframe, please contact 96win support with your transaction reference number.
6.6 By depositing funds, you represent and warrant that the deposited funds are not proceeds of illegal activity and that you are complying with all applicable anti-money laundering laws and regulations of the Republic of the Philippines.
7.1 Withdrawal of real-money funds from your 96win Account is subject to the following conditions being satisfied: (a) KYC verification has been successfully completed; (b) all applicable wagering requirements on active bonuses have been met; (c) the withdrawal amount meets the minimum threshold of ₱200; and (d) the withdrawal is made to a payment account registered in your own name matching your verified 96win identity.
7.2 Processing times vary by payment method and VIP tier. Standard accounts can expect GCash and PayMaya withdrawals to be processed within one (1) to three (3) business hours; bank transfers within one (1) to two (2) business days. Gold and Diamond VIP accounts receive priority and same-day processing on eligible withdrawals.
7.3 96win reserves the right to perform enhanced verification checks on withdrawal requests, particularly where unusual account activity has been detected or where the cumulative withdrawal amount exceeds thresholds set by 96win's compliance procedures. Additional documentation may be requested prior to processing such withdrawals.
7.4 Where a withdrawal request is denied, 96win will notify the Player of the reason and the steps required to resolve the issue. 96win will not withhold withdrawals without valid cause under these Terms.
7.5 In the event of account closure or termination, 96win will process any verified, eligible real-money balance to the Player's registered payment account within seven (7) business days, provided no ongoing compliance investigation is pending.
8.1 96win offers various bonuses and promotions from time to time, including but not limited to welcome deposit match bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and VIP-exclusive rewards. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms in addition to these general Terms.
8.2 Unless specific promotion terms state otherwise, the following standard bonus conditions apply to all 96win bonuses:
8.3 Abuse of bonuses — including but not limited to exploiting favorable conditions through strategic wagering patterns, collusion, matched betting, or any form of arbitrage designed to circumvent wagering requirements — will result in cancellation of the bonus, forfeiture of derived winnings, and may result in Account suspension.
8.4 96win reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Players who have accepted a promotion prior to its modification or discontinuation will not be retroactively disadvantaged by the change for the original qualifying period.
8.5 Bonuses are non-transferable, have no cash value until wagering requirements are satisfied, and may not be transferred between players or converted to cash without satisfying applicable conditions.
9.1 All games available on 96win are governed by their individual game rules published within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the specific rules, paytables, and return-to-player (RTP) rates of each game before wagering real money.
9.2 Once a wager has been placed and confirmed, it is final and cannot be modified or cancelled by the Player. 96win's system is the definitive record of all transactions, game results, and settled bets.

Violations of this section are treated as material breaches of these Terms and will result in permanent Account termination, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to appropriate Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authorities where required by law.
10.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 96win platform:
10.2 96win actively monitors platform activity using automated fraud detection and manual review processes. Where prohibited conduct is suspected, 96win may suspend the Account pending investigation without prior notice.
11.1 All content on the 96win platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, user interface designs, trademarks, logos, and text — is the proprietary intellectual property of 96win or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws of the Philippines and international conventions.
11.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the 96win platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not constitute a transfer of any ownership rights.
11.3 You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any 96win content without prior written authorization from 96win. Unauthorized use constitutes intellectual property infringement and will be pursued accordingly.
11.4 Third-party game content available through 96win remains the intellectual property of the respective game providers. Your license to use such content is subject to the provider's own terms as applied through 96win's platform license.

12.2 Players may activate any responsible gaming tool at any time from their Account dashboard without contacting support. 12.3 Self-exclusion under clause 12.1 is treated as a binding commitment by 96win. 13.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 96win, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
13.2 96win's total cumulative liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising from use of the platform, regardless of the form of action, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the claim, or ₱50,000, whichever is lower.
13.3 96win does not warrant that the platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free of viruses or harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law.
13.4 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by 96win's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
14.1 96win reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) the Player has breached any provision of these Terms; (b) the Player has engaged in fraudulent, illegal, or prohibited conduct; (c) the Account is involved in or subject to an active compliance or anti-money laundering investigation; or (d) continued operation of the Account poses a risk to 96win, other players, or third parties.
14.2 A Player may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting 96win support. Upon confirmed closure, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the Player's registered payment account within seven (7) business days, subject to any outstanding compliance reviews or wagering conditions on active bonuses.
14.3 Where an Account is terminated for cause under clause 14.1, 96win reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance where that balance is determined to have been accumulated through prohibited conduct. The Player will be notified of such forfeiture and the basis for it.
14.4 Following termination, you must not attempt to re-register a new Account on the 96win platform without express prior written consent from 96win's compliance team. Unauthorized re-registration following termination will be treated as a repeat violation and reported accordingly.
15.1 In the event of any dispute, complaint, or grievance arising from your use of the 96win platform, you should first contact 96win's customer support team via live chat or email. 96win will acknowledge your complaint within twenty-four (24) hours and aim to provide a substantive response within five (5) business days.
15.2 Where a complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction through the first-level support process, you may escalate the matter in writing to 96win's Compliance Department. Escalated complaints will receive a formal written response within ten (10) business days.
15.3 For unresolved disputes concerning the outcome of games or the application of these Terms, both parties agree to attempt good-faith mediation before initiating formal legal proceedings. The mediator shall be mutually agreed upon or, failing agreement, appointed in accordance with the applicable Philippine mediation rules.
15.4 Nothing in this Section prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or interlocutory relief from a competent court where necessary to prevent imminent harm or where no adequate remedy at law exists.
16.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by and shall be construed exclusively in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
16.2 Any dispute, action, claim, or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the 96win platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
16.3 The platform is designed to comply with the regulatory framework administered by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Players acknowledge that by using the platform they are subject to PAGCOR's regulations as they apply to online gaming in the Philippines.
17.1 96win reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material — meaning they significantly affect Players' rights or obligations — 96win will provide notice by: (a) publishing the updated Terms on the platform with the revised "Last Updated" date; and (b) where practicable, sending an in-platform notification or email to registered Players.

17.3 Minor amendments — including corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not alter the substantive effect of any provision, or updates to reflect changes in applicable law — may be made without specific Player notification, subject always to the revised Terms being published on the platform with an updated "Last Updated" date.
